The Official Comic! Storyline Summary Extravanganza Spectacular!

We meet these three guys who wear glasses, and they are in the process of naming themselves. They give themselves silly names. Some kind of band is involved, and it already sucks.

It is quickly established that one of them is definitely insane. And then a band name is chosen.

And then the first girlfriend was introduced, and we found out that at least one more of the guys was insane.

Suddenly, the band had a gig. They were ill-prepared.

One of them decides he needs to wear a poncho. At this point, we travel forwards in time to the future, and a robot tells us stuff.

After some hijinks, the band plays the gig. It is surprisingly not awful. Also, in the future, they tell stories about the pancho.

There are some more hijinks involving breaking and entering.

Then there were aliens. In space.

This is where the plot started.

Some aliens abduct one of the guys. There is a fart joke, a fell portent of the next few week's worth of comics, which feature lots of bad butt jokes. The author apologizes.

The girlfriend mysteriously disappears. The first introduction of Sim Monkey follows soon after.

During rehearsal, the abduction is revealed. Later, the other two guys inquirer surreptitiously into the sanity of the other guy.

Then they taze him.

Luckily, he recovered quickly, thanks to mayonnaise.

Then he spends a lot of time wearing only his underwear and a t-shirt, to the horror of his roommate.

Eventually, the aliens, in space, decide to go through with their plans, no matter how stupid it all might seem.

Possibly due to an overdose of gaming goodness, one of the guys changes his look. Also, it could just be that he's insane. (See above.) At that moment, of course, the aliens teletransport them all to their ship.

To appease the craziest guy, the aliens teletransport the drum machine, as well, resulting in wacky, yet horrifying, hijinks for all.

Soon thereafter, boredom, or Adult Onset Attention Deficit Disorder, take your pick, sets in, and the crazy one suggests the band perform on board the ship.

At which point the author embarks on a strange multi-comic excursion into Experimental Narrative-ville. Because he, too, is insane. Oh, and a new romantic interest is introduced, as well.

The bandmates, and aliens, arrive at the first planet of trials, or something. And bad things happen to good orifices.

Meanwhile, apparently some guys have some plan about something.

At some point in time after that, the cute alien girl comes looking for the mohawked man, and some kinda jumpshift thingy happens, coincidentally explaining the author's horrible update schedule.

Of course, at this point, things go wacky. Luckily for all involved, that guy is still insane.

We briefly check in on everybody a few hours later. Everything's fine.

Eventually, no one is quite sure when, the crazy one ends up on the Planet Laq'l, where he meets a guide. Of sorts.

And you can probably just start reading again there! Woohoo!

Soon, soon my pretties, the end is nigh. The story will be concluded. Tune in again tomorrow, and the day after that, and so on until the shocking conclusion! (Unless the author can't figure out a way to induce an electrical shock via the internets, in which case it will be simply a conclusion.)
