i truly am listening to music every time i update the comic. it's actually somewhat annoying. i'm so used to sitting at a keyboard and listening to loud geek rock, that i have trouble doing anything else that takes that way from me. that means i play less games, i work less on other music, and my online porn must, alas, be played without sound.

yea, verily, it is a horrible affliction.

my only recourse is to somehow implant a small speaker in my skull, as well as a multi-gig harddrive, close enough to the surface that i can interface with it. using some sort of cool cyberspace plug device. or something. That way i can listen to music all the time.

i think i'd probably go crazy in, like, a week. and, also, "jacking in" usually leads to a horrible dystopian future, and we can't have that. so, um...nevermind.

and, also, do you have any idea how hard it is for me to type like this?! i don't do this because I'm lazy, dude, this is a stylistic choice. see, i am old-school. i like to type with capitalization. I'm crazy about it. so every time i don't capitalize something in a post, i have to resist a lifetime of conditioning and instinct. i really want to make make them thar letters bigger.

i apparently have no compunctions about butchering the language in any other way, of course.
